Stability ball exercises
Sometimes morning exercises bring out the goofiest moments. The fit who do work out everyday make it seem like a breeze. There was one in which I had to lift the ball with my feet and lay it down, before I could return it to the ground, plonk! it fell on me.(In hind sight I should have just taken the ball and done the other exercise of the control alternating between hands and feet) All the others which require being on the ball and doing less intense push ups, I cant be still without my hand on the ground to stake it. Not even if i spread myself like an eagle.
